Are you insured?

Yes, we are bonded and insured. Documentation is available upon request.

Are you professional and experienced?

Yes, The skilled craftsmen of O'Neil Builders have in excess of 75 years of experience in home improvement and general construction.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and checks. A deposit of 1/3 of the contract amount will place you on the schedule. 1/3 of the contract amount is due upon material delivery/first day on the job, and the remaining 1/3 is due upon satisfactory completion of the project.

What is the process?

Contact us to set up a preliminary meeting where we can discuss your ideas and expectations for the project. Following this meeting, you will receive a proposal indicating the scope of work to be completed and the estimated cost for the work described. If this proposal requires modification to meet your expectations, we may hold another meeting to try to reach mutually agreeable terms. If the proposal is satisfactory, you will be sent a contract to sign and return.

Upon receipt of your deposit, we will place you on the schedule and set a firm date for commencement of work. As work progresses, we will meet with you to clarify details and address new considerations that may arise and can always be reached by telephone or e-mail for a rapid response. Upon completion of work, we will walk through the entire project with you and answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
