Residential ServicesOur Residential services are divided into two operating segments: General contracting and installation. More significant projects such as additions and large scale remodels would fall to the general contracting segment, while room remodeling, specialty projects, and the like would be included in the installation segment. Many projects will require a hybrid of the two approaches. We will choose whichever provides the greatest benefit to you, the client.

General Contracting Services

• O'Neil Builders will act as general contractor on those projects which will be completed in the most efficient manner by bringing in specialists to complete certain tasks. We have developed relationships with numerous highly skilled and professional subcontractors in all relevant fields and will bring them on board to complete your large scale project in a timely and satisfactory manner. On projects where we serve as general contractor, we are still involved in many significant areas of construction and will be on-site every day.

Installation Services

• The skilled crafstmen of O'Neil Builders are fully qualified and capable of completing virtually all aspects of your construction project and on smaller scope projects will do so. In those cases where subcontractors would not provide a benefit such as time savings, we will save you money by completing the work ourselves.
